The Conversation on Race (Online Education)

It's been 3 months since my last blog post. We can now add fires to the global pandemic and civil unrest regarding systemic racism and police brutality.  I've been helping clients and leaders, facilitating workshops, conducting listening sessions, and reflecting on this historic moment in time. 

I'm embarking on a difficult yet needed conversation on race hosted by the Maryland  Healthcare Education Institute (MHEI). It's important to understand the impact of this historical and cultural construct called race on our present day and and ways in which we can collectively shape the future.
