December 2024
As we approach the end of the year, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your trust and partnership. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to work with you and remain committed to helping leaders create high-performing, inclusive teams and workplaces that achieve organizational goals.
As a certified SWaM (Small, Women-, and Minority-owned) business in Virginia, we curated your appreciation gift by selecting products from businesses that are diverse-owned and/or actively give back to their communities. Some businesses create employment opportunities for individuals with limited access to the workforce such as people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and trauma survivors, further reflecting our values of inclusion and community.
We hope this gift serves as a reminder of your personal power and the positive difference we can all make in the places where we work and live. May this holiday season bring you delight, and an abundant new year filled with possibilities!
"DO NOT WAIT FOR LEADERS; DO IT ALONE, PERSON TO PERSON."
